Qualifications：

1. a current undergraduate student from a reputable Law School of Chinese Universities (second or third year student is preferred)

2. Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, English is the working language

3. Hard working, very conscientious, open minded, cheerful personality and strong team player

4. Relevant internship experience in a foreign company or a foreign law firm is preferred

Job descriptions：

1. Assistance on China law database construction;
2. Assistance on legal / market research;
3. Other documentary works

Very competing remuneration will be provided, and a reference letter for internship can be issued thereafter.
